CHEVY CHASE, MARYLAND – An empty Food Lion store in Fairfax Station, Virginia, will gain new life this December when Gold’s Gym, the world’s largest co-ed gym chain, opens its doors to a new, 37,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness facility at the Fairfax Station Square Shopping Center.  Shopping center leasing, management, and development company JBG Rosenfeld Retail (JBGR), represented Gold’s in the 15-year lease deal as its exclusive tenant representative in the metropolitan Washington area.
