As a vice president on JBGR’s development team,  Mr. Davis is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, financing, construction, and asset management functions for specific development projects.  He also leads the company’s sustainability initiatives, having earned the designation of LEED® Accredited Professional.  Prior to joining JBGR in 2004, Mr. Davis held positions with various strategy consulting firms, including the Corporate Executive Board, a think tank based in Washington, DC.  He holds a B.A. from Colby College, an MBA from Yale’s School of Management, and is an active member of ICSC and ULI.
