Mr. Schwenger is responsible for overseeing all functions of the leasing department, including the leasing of properties owned and managed by JBGR, as well as the company's third-party landlord and tenant representation activities. A member of the JBGR team since 1997, Mr. Schwenger holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park and is an active member of ICSC.
