William D. Hardtke Vice President of Construction Services Mr. Hardtke is responsible for managing all construction activities, including tenant improvements and complete development or redevelopment projects, for retail properties within the JBGR portfolio and for third-party property owners.  A 22-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Hardtke previously held positions in leasing, property management, and construction for Beatty Management Company, and worked in Arlington County's Economic Development Division.  He holds a B.A. in Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech and is an active member of ICSC.
